I created Goddess Unlocked with the intention of inspiring women into their own spiritual path of self healing, while facilitating spiritual practices along side them. Growing up, I had extremely limiting diagnoses placed upon me. What my doctors and therapists didn’t point out, was that my environment was conducive to the negative state of my mental health. For years I'd felt like I had no control over myself because of these titles. I finally got to the point where I'd had enough, and I refused to allow these labels to define me any longer.

I knew that I could reclaim control over my mental health, so I went on a search to find the authentic inner-me. I knew that the answers on how to transmute these toxic symptoms were inside me all along, I just had no idea on how to go about finding them. After years of falling out of alignment with my path, I realized that I had attached for so many years to these symptoms being the normal me, that I had lost accountability for the choices I was making.

That is why I set out to create programs and opportunities for women to escape the shackles of mental health stereotypes, and reclaim their true power and cultivate their soul purpose. It’s such a blessing to be able to sit here and watch the growth of the goddesses I come in contact with. Its spiritual confirmation that I am walking my true path, and it’s not by coincidence that you are reading this either.
